Because our products are custom-made and our services are personalized, the following policies help us serve you efficiently while maintaining fairness for all clients.
All eyewear is custom made based on your selected frame, lenses, and prescription. Once an order is placed and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled or changed.
We take care to ensure accuracy and quality at every step.
All sales are final due to the custom nature of prescription eyewear.
If your prescribing doctor updates your prescription within 30 days of purchase, we will remake your lenses at no additional cost.

Most orders are completed within 5–10 business days after prescription verification.
Delays may occur due to lab processing times, prescription complexity, or product availability. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Payment is due at the time of order.
Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.
Our mobile services are available for assisted living communities, nursing homes, workplaces, and group settings.

Minor repairs may be provided when possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the repair needed.
We do not bill insurance directly; however, we can provide documentation to assist you with reimbursement if eligible.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and valid prescription.
We verify all prescriptions before processing to help ensure accuracy.
All completed eyewear is thoroughly inspected for accuracy and quality before customer notification.
