Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within fourteen business days, provided the item is in acceptable condition.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and if your refund is processed (except for faulty items), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
