Welcome to SpecMeEyewear. By using our services, purchasing products, or booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our services and to protect both our clients and our business.

👓 Services Provided

SpecMeEyewear provides custom prescription eyewear, including frames, lenses, fittings, adjustments, and related optical services. Services are available through mobile visits (for qualifying facilities and groups) and in-person at our booth located in Painted Tree, Snellville, Georgia.

All services are provided by or under the direction of a Licensed Dispensing Optician.

📅 Appointments

Appointments are recommended for both mobile and in-store services to ensure dedicated time and availability.

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information and be available at the scheduled time. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if necessary.

👓 Prescriptions

A valid and current prescription is required for all prescription eyewear orders.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate prescription information. SpecMeEyewear is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect, expired, or incomplete prescriptions.

We verify prescriptions before processing to help ensure accuracy.

🛍️ Orders & Custom Products

All eyewear is custom made based on the selected frame, lenses, and prescription.

Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Due to the custom nature of the product, all sales are final.

🔁 Remakes

If your prescribing doctor changes your prescription within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a one-time lens remake at no additional cost.

• Frames must be in original condition  

📦 Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround time is 5–10 business days after prescription verification. Timeframes may vary depending on lab processing, product availability, and prescription complexity.

SpecMeEyewear is not responsible for delays outside of our control but will communicate updates as needed.

💳 Payments

Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

🚗 Mobile Services

Mobile services are offered to assisted living communities, nursing homes, workplaces, and group settings.

Minimum participation requirements may apply. Travel fees may apply and may be waived with qualifying purchases.

Clients are responsible for ensuring a suitable environment for service during scheduled visits.

🏬 In-Store Services

Services are also available at our booth located in Painted Tree, Snellville. Availability may vary, and appointments are recommended.

🛠️ Adjustments & Repairs

Complimentary adjustments are provided to ensure proper fit and comfort.

Repair services may be offered when possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the repair.

🧾 Insurance

SpecMeEyewear does not directly bill insurance providers. However, documentation may be provided for possible reimbursement. Coverage is not guaranteed and depends on your insurance provider.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

SpecMeEyewear is not liable for issues resulting from:

• Incorrect or expired prescriptions  

• Misuse or improper care of eyewear  

• Normal wear and tear  

• Delays caused by third-party labs or suppliers
